When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, address, phone number and e-mail address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order. Photographs may be taken by Bear Valley Cross Country, Inc. (dba Bear Valley Cross Country & Adventure Company) staff and customers at various events and throughout the season and some photographs may be posted on our website, newsletters, email blasts or brochures. Please let Bear Valley Cross Country & Adventure Company know during an event, or at any time, if you do not wish to have your picture made public.
