Bear Valley lies in the heart of the Central Sierra between the Mokelumne and Carson Iceberg Wilderness Areas.  With over a dozen beautiful lakes to explore, amazing hiking, mountain biking, spectacular road rides, and great climbing Bear Valley is the perfect starting point for your next adventure. 

Bear Valley Adventure Company is here to serve you with a full service bike shop, Specialized mountain bikes, Perception and Wilderness Systems flat-water touring kayaks, Yakima, Patagonia, Columbia, and more high quality adventure gear.  We offer kayak and mountain bike rentals for your daily adventures and a wide selection of food and beverages to supply enough calories to power you.

The store is open daily for at least 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.  We accept mountain bike and road bike tune-ups.  We offer great tunes at reasonable prices.  Find out why we have  great reputation for prompt and quality work.  

Bear Valley Cross Country and Snowshoe:  Bear Valley Cross Country is now closed for the 2007-2008 season.  Thank you to all of our skiers, snowshoers, and sledders for another great winter.  We have already begun trail work and improvements for the 2008-2009 season.  Please support our fantastic winter trails and consider purchasing a season pass (or a Book of Ten trail passes) for next winter.  Pass prices increase after May 30th - Buy early and Save!
